Do you make your own parts?

Yes. Unlike most retailers, we are a manufacturing powerhouse. We use industrial laser cutters and precision bending equipment in our facility to design and build our own GVM upgrades, brackets, and custom components. If you see a Trucks N Toys logo on a part, it was engineered by us, right here in Australia.

Can you build a "one-off" custom part for me?

Absolutely. Thanks to our in-house laser cutting and high-level fabrication team, we can create bespoke items tailored to your specific build. If you have a concept for a bracket or a unique modification, contact our team to discuss a custom project.

Do you still do left-to-right-hand-drive conversions?

No. While our history is rooted in being Australia’s first premium conversion brand, we have pivoted our focus to Sales, Custom Manufacturing, and Upgrades. This allows us to dedicate 100% of our expertise to building the most capable American trucks on the road.

Which truck brands do you support?

We specialise in the "Big Four" American pickups: RAM (1500, 2500, 3500), Chevrolet (1500, 2500 HD), GMC, and the Ford F-Series (F-150, F-250, F-350).

What is a GVM Upgrade, and do I need one?

A Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) upgrade increases the legal payload and towing capacity of your truck. If you are adding heavy accessories (trays, canopies, bullbars) or towing large caravans, a GVM upgrade ensures your truck remains legal, safe, and insured. We manufacture our own GVM-certified components to ensure maximum reliability.

Are your upgrades legal Australia-wide?

Our manufactured parts and GVM kits are engineered to meet strict Australian standards. However, engineering certification requirements can vary between states (NSW, QLD, VIC, etc.). We recommend speaking with our team about your specific location during the planning phase of your build.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship parts nationwide?

Yes. We ship our manufactured parts and accessories all across Australia. For large items like GVM kits or custom-fabricated components, we use specialised freight carriers.

What is the lead time for custom parts?

In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days. If we are custom-manufacturing a part for you (laser cutting/welding), please allow 7–14 business days for fabrication before dispatch.

Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?

Yes. For "Change of Mind" returns on standard stocked items, a 20% restocking fee applies. Please note that Custom Fabricated Parts or Special Order Parts (one-off items made specifically for you) cannot be returned.

Service & Support

Does installing your parts void my factory warranty?

Under Australian law, a manufacturer cannot void your entire warranty simply because you fitted an aftermarket part. However, if a failure is directly caused by a modification, that specific repair may not be covered by the manufacturer. We engineer our parts to the highest standards to minimise any risk to your vehicle’s integrity.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes. Our Sydney facility is staffed by master fitters and welders who can install everything we sell, from basic accessories to full-scale custom builds.
