At Trucks N Toys, we stand behind the engineering that leaves our workshop. As a family-owned business with over 40 years of mechanical heritage, we are committed to providing parts and vehicles that are built to endure.

1. Our Guarantee

All goods sold by Trucks N Toys come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. Trucks N Toys Manufactured Parts

We take pride in our in-house manufacturing, utilising industrial laser cutting and precision bending to create our own GVM upgrades, brackets, and custom components.

  • Fabrication Warranty: We offer a 12-Month warranty on all Trucks N Toys manufactured components against defects in materials and structural workmanship.
  • Custom Builds: Warranty for "one-off" builds covers the structural integrity of the fabrication in accordance with the original design specifications.

3. Third Party Products & Accessories

To provide a complete build experience, we stock and sell premium items from external brands.

  • Manufacturer's Warranty: For all third-party items (including, but not limited to, specialised lighting, electronics, shocks, and branded accessories), the warranty is provided exclusively by the original manufacturer.
  • Policy Terms: The duration, coverage, and claim process for these items are subject to the specific Manufacturer's Warranty Policy.
  • Our Role: While the legal responsibility for the warranty lies with the manufacturer, the Trucks N Toys team is happy to assist you with technical information or facilitate communication with the brand to help resolve your claim.

4. GVM Upgrades & Suspension

GVM upgrades involve significant changes to vehicle dynamics.

  • Warranty on GVM components is valid only if the kit has been installed by Trucks N Toys or an authorised/licensed mechanical professional.
  • Warranty does not cover components subjected to loads exceeding the new certified GVM rating.

5. What is Not Covered?

  • Improper Installation: Damage caused by parts installed by unlicensed individuals or incorrectly by third parties.
  • Extreme Misuse: Damage resulting from competitive racing, accidents, or use beyond the part's intended design.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Consumables such as brake pads, bushings, and light bulbs.
  • Surface Finish: Due to the harsh Australian climate, minor stone chips or surface oxidation on powder-coated or painted parts are considered normal wear and tear.

6. Vehicle Manufacturer Warranties

Please Note: Installing aftermarket parts or modifying your vehicle may impact your original manufacturer's warranty (RAM, Ford, Chevy, GMC). Trucks N Toys is not responsible for any warranty claims denied by the original vehicle manufacturer.

7. How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@trucksntoys.com.au with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Assessment: We will determine whether the item is a custom Trucks N Toys part or a third-party item.
  3. Resolution: For our manufactured parts, we will inspect and repair/replace as per the ACL. For third-party items, we will provide you with the necessary details to lodge a claim with the manufacturer.
