1. Overview

This website is operated by Trucks N Toys. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Trucks N Toys. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are: browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

3. Product Accuracy & Custom Fabrication

Descriptions: We strive to ensure all descriptions of American truck models (RAM, Chevy, GMC, Ford) and aftermarket parts are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
Custom Parts: For "one-off" items manufactured in house, specifications are based on the data provided by the customer or measured from specific vehicles. Minor variances in finish or fitment are inherent to the custom fabrication process.
GVM Upgrades: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any GVM upgrades or modifications comply with the regulations of their specific state's road authority if the vehicle is registered outside New South Wales.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

5. Modification of Vehicles & Warranty

Installation: Many of the parts we manufacture and sell require professional installation by high-level fitters. Trucks N Toys is not liable for damage caused by incorrect DIY installation.
Vehicle Warranty: You acknowledge that installing aftermarket parts or performance upgrades may affect your vehicle manufacturer's original warranty. Trucks N Toys is not responsible for any warranty claims denied by third-party vehicle manufacturers.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All physical items purchased from Trucks N Toys are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend opting for shipping insurance on high-value custom components.

7. Intellectual Property

The "Trucks N Toys" name, logos, and all custom part designs, brackets, and GVM kit engineering drawings are the intellectual property of Trucks N Toys. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or "reverse engineer" our manufactured parts for commercial use without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trucks N Toys shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits or vehicle downtime—arising from your use of any of our products, including custom-fabricated items.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you with Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
