A retractable bed step for the RAM 1500 DS, available for both single and dual exhaust configurations. It drops down when you need it and tucks back under the bumper when you don't, so there's nothing hanging below the truck to catch on ramps, gutters or rough ground.
Why it's worth fitting
A RAM 1500's tub floor sits high, and the tailgate is a long reach for most people. A bed step turns loading into a normal step up rather than a climb — which matters most when you're carrying something in both hands. It also saves the tailgate and rear bumper from being used as a foothold, which is what usually wears the finish off them.
